Great Britain: Kent Water Works, one share, 18[09], #827, black printing on vellum, large red seal. Formed by Act of Parliament in 1809 to acquire the Ravensbourne Waterworks based in Deptford. The latter was founded in 1701 and one of th earliest companies operating near the Thames. GVF.
