Great Britain: Electric Organ Company Ltd., 6% cumulative preference shares of £1, 189[5], #15, signed by Thomas Threlfall as director. Decorative red printing. Formed to acquire the Hope Jones Electric Organ Co. Ltd. and it's patents to build its own organs as the previous licenced builders proved unsatisfactory. Hope-Jones was considered the inventor of the theatre organ. The company had failed by 1899 as Hope-Jones fled to the USA following being found with a boy in his Hereford factory! Thomas Threlfall was the Chairman of the Royal Academy of Music. Repair to top right corner, AVF.
