Great Britain: Association of Land Financiers Ltd., pair of debentures for £[100], #313 and £100, #314, both 187[6], large format pieces with different text layout, with vignette of company seal, black, red seal, with coupons. Registered in 1870 to acquire real estate in England. The company concentrated in the London area acquiring large property on the Holborn Viaduct and building new shops and an Hotel on the site. By 1873 they had acquired the Forest Hill Estate, Herne Hill Estate, Peckham Rye Estate, Brixton Rise Estate and Sunbury Estate consisting mainy of residences, vills and shops. Had disappeared by 1887. GVF and scarce (2).
