Signed by Charles Townsend, 1st Baron Bayning, Viscount Beauchamp and Charles Wolfran Cornwall, 3 of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury. Henry Pelham-Clinton, 2nd Duke of Newcastle under Lyne signs at bottom and Barrington signs on the reverse. Small piece cut from lower left otherwise fine condition and not trimmed.
