Registered in England in 1902 to erect a factory in the Glencairn area of Cape Town for the production and manufacture of bottles. Controlled by Ohlsson's Cape Breweries Ltd. Although technologicallly ahead of its time using only machinery, the company failed through poor management and poor equipment. Voluntary liquidation 1905. VF.
