Formed in 1881 to acquire both the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and Her Majesty's Opera in Haymarket. Prince Victor Hohenlohe-Langenburg, 1833 - 1891, better known as Count Gleichen, a son of Queen Victorias half sister Princess Feodore. Wound up in 1885. AEF and rare.
