Registered 1902 as an amalgamation of the Straits Development Co. Ltd., and Cherubang Gold Mining & Exploration Co. Ltd. Voluntary liquidation 1930 and reconstructed as Straits & General Development Co. (1931) Ltd. AVF (2).
