Purchased the Hermonsville and Huerfano Ranches of 87,000 acres in Southern Colorado. Newspapers report that P.T.Barnum is 'one of the head men' of the organisation. A controlling interest in the company was acquired by William H Vanderbilt, Eastman and friends to make the ranch one of the largest in the world. VF and scarce.
