Morgan & Co., New York, an interesting syndicate certificate for Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Railway Company bonds of 1907, issued to Robert Fleming for $[50,000], 1907, #103, handsigned by Robert Fleming on the reverse, 4 x J.P.Morgan company signatures on the obverse over English reveue stamps. Robert Fleming was a Scottish financier and philanthropist and founder of the merchant bank Robert Fleming & Co. and one the more successful finaciers of American Railroads. Hole Cancelled. Reverse is quite toned otherwise VF and a rare autograph.
