Canada: Hudson's Bay Company, a pair of certificates for £1 ordinary shares, 19[27], #A37373, capital shown as £4 million, and £1 ordinary shares, 19[29], #C2956, capital shown as £5 million, both of the same design with ships, beaver, icebergs and waterfall, black, the first with blue underprint, the second with yellow underprint. Famous company founded by Royal Charter in 1670 but these certificates are the earliest available to collectors. VF (2).
