1889 (9 Sept.) envelope to Dover, bearing ½a. block of eight (four with perf faults due to being affixed at edge of envelope) and a single, all crossed by pen-stroke and cancelled by "R" in circle of bars and showing, on reverse, small "shwebandaw/b.o./taunsowingyi" c.d.s. (Type D2; the only date known) with Rangoon and Bombay datestamps alongside. Rare, only three other covers from this tiny Garrison PO have been recorded
