1887 (26 July) envelope from Dublin to a Sergeant in the Transport Corps at Khanyat, franked at 1d., arrived Thabeitkyin (31.8; Type D2, earliest recorded date), to Mandalay (3.9) and Mandalay Deposit Room (3-5/9; Type DP2, earliest recorded date), returned via DLO in Calcutta (21.9) and Bombay (25.11) and returned to UK, endorsed "Dead" and showing, on reverse, framed "decede/deceased"; and 1895 (23 Aug.) ¼a. stationery card from Rangoon to Bernardmyo showing "thabeitkyin" transit c.d.s. (27.8; Type D2, latest recorded date)
