(2) crossed by pen-strokes and cancelled by "r" in circle of bars with Type D1 c.d.s. on reverse; and 1889 (21 Mar.) envelope from Shwegyin to USA, bearing 1a. crossed by pen stroke and cancelled by "r" in circle of bars. showing framed "postage due/....annas" with manuscript "4" inserted and, on reverse, Type D5 c.d.s.
