1884 (17 Apr.) envelope registered from French Vice-Consulate addressed to the Governor of French Guiana, marked "Via Brindisi through french office Yovane", bearing 2a. pairs (2) each with ink cross and cancelled by diamond of bars, showing "R", Modane a Paris transit d.s. in red and, on reverse, unrecorded framed "cantonment-rangoon" registration h.s., Type D4 and Sea Post Office datestamps.
