1860 (12 July) envelope from Rangoon to Brighton, marked "via Marseilles", rated "6" (deleted) and "9", bearing 2a. pink (2) and 4a. black clearly cancelled "B/156" (Type K6), showing framed "india/paid" and "deficient postage/fine__" in red with manuscript "3" and "6" inserted respectively and, on reverse, "rangoon/p.o." double-ring d.s., Calcutta, Bombay and London transit datestamps with another strike of a similar Deficient Postage h.s. in black. A neat and most attractive franking
