Die I vertical strip of three and a single (all cut into), all placed sideways and tied by diamond of dots with the single additionally tied by "shoaygyeen/post office" double-ring d.s. (Type D1) in red; the adhesives with some light staining as well as the foot of the envelope which also has recipient's note below address
