1980 Water Conservation handpainted essays (4), from the pre-independence archive of Namibia Post, realised by A.H.Barret on thick cards (177x86mm) depicting the final design of the issued values for the 5c. "Von Bach", 10c. "Swakoppoort", 15c. "Naute", and 20c., "Hardap", each essay with the overlapping transparent plastic with the inscriptions in black. Offered together with a FDC of the issued stamps. Very fine and most desirable .
