(2) and 1½d. and with "opened by examiner/O1" label, 1943 (Nov.) envelope from the Kafulauta Mission, Luanshya to U.S.A. bearing 1½d. pair and with "opened by examiner/o/3" label, and 1944 (July) re-used envelope from Mpika to Canada bearing ½d. and 1½d. and showing framed "Crown/passed/o1/" cachet in grey.
