1961 Decimal Surcharge Issue
1c. on 1d. grey-black and bluish green so-called special printing with surcharge on far left, a horizontal pair used with ½c. on ½d. grey-black and sepia on 1962 (22 Feb.) envelope from Maseru to Johannesburg; the ½c. on ½d. with small faults through having been affixed slightly over edge of the envelope which has a light stain patch at right, nevertheless a very rare and possibly unique usage of this special printing on cover
