Gupta Empire, Chandragupta II (c. 380-414), gold Dinar, 8.26g, archer type, nimbate king with long hair standing left, bare chested with necklace and wearing a dhoti and short leggings, he holds bow right and arrow left, legend candra below arm, Garuda standard left, rev. nimbate goddess Lakshmi seated facing on a lotus, holding a garland and a long-stemmed lotus, sri vikrama right, small tamgha in upper left field (similar to Kumar, Class III, A.5.2; BMC plate VII), good very fine
