George II (1727-1760), Shillings (6), 1734, Roses and Plumes, no extra stop before DEI, ten strings to harp (Bull 1706; ESC 1197; Spink 3698), from a mount and cleaned, a bolder fine; another, 1739, Roses, large Garter star, seven strings to harp (Bull 1713; ESC 1201; Spink 3701), toned, good fine; also, 1745 over 3, Roses, eight strings to harp (Bull 1723; ESC 1204A; Spink 3702), removed from a mount with damage to legend by GRATIA and rims, otherwise tone, a bolder fine; and, LIMA, 1745, seven strings to harp (Bull 1724; ESC 1205; Spink 3703), one rubbed, the other cleaned and with surface marks, both bolder fine; lastly, 1750 over 7, seven strings to harp (Bull 1731; ESC -; Spink 3704), rubbed, fine or near so, the overdate clear (6)
