Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, 1 clasp, Cape Colony (16924 Gnr: T. Walsh, 2nd S. D., R.G.A.), nearly extremely fine

Thomas Walsh was born at St Catherine, Dublin in 1878. He enlisted with the Royal Artillery in 1896 and served with 2nd Sow Division, Royal Garrison Artillery in South Africa. Later he was posted to China during the Boxer Rebellion.

Further entitled to the China 1900 medal.
