Efficiency Medal, G.VI.R., 2nd issue, Territorial (Lt. A. T. Hulett R.A.), official corrections, very fine

M.I.D. London Gazette 4 April 1946 (North-West Europe).

Arthur Thomas Hulett was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant on 16 March 1940 and was awarded this Medal as Honorary Major on 6 March 1947. It appears he never personally received the award, for he is listed as having died whilst serving with the 121 (4th Battalion, The Leicestershire Regiment) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment on 6 January 1947, being commemorated at the Gilroes Cemetery and Crematorium, Leicester.
