Anglo Saxon-England, Continental Phase (695-740), Sceat, Series E, Variety K, 'Plumed bird' type, bird right, pellet-in-annulet below head, rev. beaded standard with pellet-in-annulets centrally and in corners separated by trefoils and crosses, 1.11g (SCBI 69, 193 this coin; North 49var.; Spink 791), spot of verdigris on bird's body, otherwise nicely toned, a really good very fine, scarce in this condition
