1854 (14 January) ALS over two sides from Victoria, Duchess of Kent to "Le Compte Alphonse" in Boskovice, Czech Republic writing from Clarence House with thanks for his letters of the 8th and 9th with mention of "soda water", his father's welfare, "Lissner's good receipt in Hungary" and wishes to the family. Signed "your loving Aunt, Victoria". Offered together with the stampless envelope with clear red wax seal and 'boskowiz / 16 jan' receiving stamp on the reverse.
