Cloth edition with a sheet of notepaper laid down, headed with the Duke of Windsor's "E" cypher inscribed by him "To Jack Crisp, with best wishes, from, Edward April 1951"

"The Heart Has Its Reasons / The Memoirs of the Duchess of Windsor", Michael Joseph, London 1956, inscribed "To Jack Crisp / with good wishes / Wallis, Duchess of Windsor".
First few pages loose and secured with Sellotape.

"The Duke of Windsor / A Family Album", Cassell, London 1960, with dust jacket, inscribed "To Jack Crisp / with best wishes / Edward / December 1960". With a letter on Buckingham Palace stationery from the Assistant Private Secretary to H.R.H. The Duke of Windsor, K.G. forwarding the inscribed book to Mr Crisp.
