Silver box (80x55x34mm) with gilt interior hallmarked London 1905 with initials "E & Co" for Elkington and Company, with a portrait of the Prince and Princess of Wales inset into the lid, surrounded by a garland. The reverse of the portrait medallion showing in the inside of the lid has the wording "TRH George Prince of Wales & Victoria Mary Princess of Wales / INDIA 1905-6" engraved in the centre
