1858 (23 Jan.) neat envelope to "Consel in Irelend", Dublin bearing a light strike of Quebec despatch c.d.s., light strikes of "paid" and "8 Stg." plus straight-line "registered" which has been overstruck by three strikes of concentric circle "37" numeral and with Pkt Letter Paid Liverpool dated tombstone struck over the Quebec datestamp, the reverse with Dublin arrival (10.2) and manuscript instruction "or elsewhere to be forwarded". Very fresh and an unusual cover to have registration cancelled this way
