1863 (23 Oct.) envelope to Prussia with manuscript "Registered" in mauve ink and numbered "10", bearing 1862-64 6d. lilac (2, both with wing margin) cancelled by "561" numerals with Newport - Mon despatch c.d.s. at left, fine strike of the London thin crown/"registered" (W&J 1133) and the standard-type London registered dated oval code "BI", the adhesives well tied by "england per aachen" and boxed "Recomandirt" in red. There are a couple of minor paper bends
