Stars on white paper tied by "723" numerals, registration number "28" and Southampton despatch c.d.s. in blue in the lower corner, a superb strike of the distinctive Southampton large crown/"registered" also in blue and the second type London "registered/g.p.o." oval datestamp code "M". An Important cover bearing such a good strike of this scarce Southampton registration mark
