1868 (23 April), cover from Guadalajara to Mazatlán franked 4r. on blue, paying the less that ¾ ounce rate beyond 16 leagues, tied by oval dispatch handstamp and most unusually with "Franqueado/Tepic" oval transit postmark with manuscript date "April 27, 68" inserted.
