1867 (9 April), cover from Guadalajara to Colima, requiring a franking of 9 reales for less than 2 ounces and a distance beyond 16 leagues, franked 1r. on grey-blue and 4r. on rose (2), all cut square, tied by oval datestamp on departure. The highest franking known of the entire issue and the only cover known bearing two of the 4r. values. Elmhurst Certificate (1998). Scott 2, 7, S.G. 6A, 10A
