'Forbin': 1860 (24 Nov.) neat envelope addressed to a marine lieutenant on the 'Forbin' on the China Station, "Voie de Suez par Marseille" bearing imperf. Napoleon 40c. (good margins) tied by "511" lozenge with Brest despatch c.d.s. and boxed "PD" in red, the reverse with three French transit c.d.s.; clean and fine. The 'Forbin' was probably in north China when this letter arrived
