Incoming Mail: 1860 (4 July) a neat envelope from Paris to the Marine Surgeon on board 'Le Duperre' at Hong Kong "to be redirected in case of absence. China Expedition", the address side bears imperf. Napoleon 20c. tied by "K" in lozenge with the despatch c.d.s. alongside, boxed "affranchissement/insuffisant" in red, handstruck "30c" plus a good strike of the "corps exp. chine/bau a" over "ceca" in lozenge of dots; the reverse with indistinct transit c.d.s. and a fine strike of the Bureau A arrival (19.8). There is a small scuff on the address panel, otherwise fresh and fine. Scarce incoming mail to Hong Kong

1860年7月4日從法國巴黎寄香港入境軍郵欠資封, 收件者為法軍駐香港對華遠征軍A基地. 同時寫有"如無人接收可轉遞. 中國遠征軍". 封面貼20c. 拿破倫票一枚, 銷"K" 菱形戳. 旁蓋有調發戳, 及紅色長框型 "Affranchissement/ Insuffisant" 戳, "30c" 印記及清晰"Corps Exp. Chine/ Bau A" 戳, "CECA" 菱型㸃戳等; 封背有A基地8月19日到達戳. 罕見及保存良好的香港入境法軍軍郵封.
