William Wetmore: 1836 (29 June) entire letter H. Pratt McKean in Philadelphia to Wetmore in Canton "Via england" and carried in the 'Emma Eugenia' bearing a superb strike of the oblong Chinese chop, "Deliver to U.S. Wetmore Co 1st block Ma Ying Hong", struck in red; usual light horizontal filing fold, clean and fine. The flap bears the legend, " Forwarded by Morrison, Cryder. London". The contents of the letter are a request for tea and other related business matters. A good privately carried letter


威廉.維特莫爾: 1836年6月29日信函, 由費城H. Pratt McKean 寄出, 經英國由私人輪船"Emma Eugenia" 遞往廣州威廉.維特莫爾(簡稱"滑麽"), 信上有紅色中文印記, 內容是"花𣄃滑摩公司住孖英行頭進". 同時信舌上寫道"由倫敦 Morrison, Cryder 轉發”; 信函內容為查詢茶葉等相關業務事項. 一封很好及難得的私人信件. 有摺痕.
