"Thanks for your kind letter of the 21st. I shall not leave here till I hear the Universe has gone up to Whampoa. The furniture sent by Douqua has not arrived. What is the matter with you and Minqua, any more slippery tricks going on. I hope you have the chop for the five hundred chests of H. Skin"
