U.S. Consular Service envelope (238x102mm.) from Black River to The Collector of Customs at Chester, Pa., bearing ½d. block of eight (2x4) with the lower right-hand stamp showing variety "ser.et", and a pair, all cancelled and tied by several squared-circle datestamps leaving the variety clearly visible Kingston, Philadelphia and Chester datestamps on reverse.
