1866 (5 June) envelope "Per R.M.S." from Falmouth to London, bearing 2d. rose vertical pair and a strip of four each cancelled "A38", London Paid datestamp (27.6) at left, despatch, Kingston (9.6) and London (27.6) datestamps on reverse; some minor ageing on some perfs. though a most unusual franking of the 1/- Packet rate introduced on 1 April 1863.
