1859 (15 Apr.) overweight entire less one side flap to Kingston, bearing 6d. lilac (imperforate at left and some perfs. trimmed at foot) twice cancelled "A74" and marked "10d. to pay", probably due 1/- for a double rate letter carried between 60 and 100 miles with an underpayment charge of 6d. and a fine of 4d. A fine and most unusual cover, not recorded by Foster or the BWISC Encyclopaedia. Photo
