A small box containing early letters and covers in three cover albums including 1695 entire letter sent by private carrier to "The Right Honourable John Moors at his house in Mincing Lane...", a range of pre-stamp entires with various markings, some better noted including two-line town Penny Post handstamps, 1840 Mulready one penny letter sheets unused and used (3), Mulready 1d. envelopes used and unused, 2d. envelope unused, 1873 large embossed Valentine envelope bearing 1864 1d. red, 1890 Jubilee of Penny Postage envelopes mint and used, Postal Stationery envelopes mint and used, 1d. pink embossed envelopes, one with "Too Late" marking, 1d. red and 2d. blue covers, etc.; condition a little mixed though a useful lot with viewing recommended
