1860 (15 Nov.) envelope from Grahamstown to Montreal, bearing 1855 1d. rose and 4d. blue pair (scissor-cut between and cut into on one side) and single, all cancelled by roller bar obliterator, showing red crayon "1/-", manuscript "1", London Paid transit c.d.s. (29.12) and, on reverse, despatch, Cape Town and arrival (15.1) datestamps. A very rare and attractive franking. Photo
