G size registered envelope to Cape Town, up rated with 1891 4d. and 1/- tied by light "758" barred numeral with light "palla" c.d.s. below and showing, on reverse, Mafeking (25.7) and arrival (28.7) datestamps; a little creased though an attractive franking from this small office.
