2d. dull and bright purple and 4d. grey-green and black, together with the issued 1d. and 6d., all in blocks of four on separate pieces with each handstamped "specimen" (18x3mm.) in seriffed capitals; the 2d. and 4d. blocks with one stamp in each partially lifted from the paper to reveal the watermark and all with some lightly stained perfs. A quite remarkable set given the rarity of the two unissued values. The only blocks of four of these two unissued values, in any form, in private hands. S.G. 68-71. Photo
