1899 (Apr.) envelope from G.B. to the Governor of Sennar, Sudan, franked at 2½d. and showing, on reverse, two fine strikes of the rare Sennar oval intaglio Arabic h.s. in blue along with Cairo, Wadi Halfa and Omdurman transit datestamps; the envelope with a few small faults, mainly caused through opening.
