(11 values) and with an additional seven values to $3 handstamped "colonias", 1921-41 2c., 3c., 4c., 5c. and 8c. to $5, all overprinted or perforated "specimen", a few of the 1910-19 values, including the Colonias handstamped values, without gum, otherwise fine mint; also 1926 1c. strip of three affixed to a piece with just the trace of a couple of letters from what is probably the Mauritania archive.
