(Type D1); 1908 (Dec.) picture postcard to France bearing FMS 3c. tied by large "kampar" squared-circle d.s. (Type D2); 1921 (Aug) envelope registered to Phillipine Is. franked at 20c. and 1930 (Mar.) envelope registered to France franked at 27c., all cancelled by "kampar" double-ring d.s. (Type D4); 1928 (Mar.) envelope registered to India, franked at 31c. with Type D4 c.d.s., showing "a.r" h.s.
