(Type D2); 1917 (2 Nov.) envelope to England bearing FMS 1c. and 3c. tied by "began serai" double-ring d.s. (Type D3) with another clearer strike below; and 1940 (7 Mar.) envelope to New York bearing BMA 8c. tied by "began serai" double-ring d.s. (Type D5) and showing tax h.s. alongside (similar to Ipoh Type UP4 but without dash and "p"); also Perak 1895 8c. and 10c. pairs with fine and almost complete strikes of Type D1 squared-circle d.s.
