1942 (Feb.) "On H.M. Service" envelope to India, bearing scarce 1941 (Dec.) 8c. scarlet on thin striated paper cancelled by indistinct Indian F.P.O. (ending in an "0") datestamp and with triangular-framed censor cachet below, Poona arrival datestamp (23.2) on reverse; the envelope with a couple of small faults, possibly caused by the contents, nevertheless a very rare stamp on cover after Singapore surrendered to the Japanese on 15 February.
