(1c. overpaid), Germany (3, one at 40c.), Hungary triple rate at 29c., Otago, New Zealand at 10c. (a fine franking to an unusual destination), Phillipines double rate at 21c., Switzerland at 13c., U.K. double rate at 21c. and U.S.A. double rate at 23c.; a few faults in places though some attractive frankings
