1886 3c. blue (4) used in 1889-90 to Batavia, Germany (2) and Holland, one from Penang with circle of dots, one with Singapore dotted circle handstamp, one from Penang with oval of bars and one with Singapore datestamp, all fine; also another to Java in 1888 (additional stamp remove) and another (very poor) to U.S.A. in 1891.
